Your tasks

Preparation of monthly financial statements and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
Preparation of advance VAT returns
Processing of business transactions in ongoing financial / asset and accounts payable accounting as well as cost center accounting (assets, banks, travel expenses, general ledger accounts, cost creditors, payment transactions, etc.)
Area of responsibility: Accounting & Controlling
Leading a small team
Account maintenance and account reconciliation in Navision
Supporting the team in correct invoicing and accounting
Completion of general administrative tasks
Collaboration in the redesign of processes

Completed commercial training with additional qualification as an accountant, alternatively as a tax clerk or tax specialist
Professional experience in finance and accounting in a medium-sized company or in a tax consulting firm
Very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel, as well as user knowledge of Navision
Strong understanding of costs and entrepreneurial thinking
Independent and structured way of working
Team spirit, organizational talent and a high degree of initiative
